Nursery Room Leader
Responsibilities - Rock, play, sing, and pray with our littlest ones
Personality Traits - Nurturing, patient, kind, caring attitude
Time Requirement - Weekly, bi-weekly, once a month
Preschool Teachers
Responsibilities - Teach Bible lessons creatively through interaction (curriculum
is provided), must work closely with coordinator’s team
Personality Traits - Team player, energetic, creative, patient, flexible, and have the ability to engage large groups of children
Time Requirement - Weekly, bi-weekly, once a month
Music Leaders
Responsibilities - Lead groups of children in worship that compliments Biblical truths with culturally relevant music and motions
Personality Traits - Team player, musically gifted, energetic, creative, and have the ability to engage large groups of children
Time Requirement - Weekly, bi-weekly, with set service times
Puppeteers
Responsibilities - Learn puppet skits and present them in a creative and relevant manner
Personality Traits - Outgoing personality, able to ad lib and interact with small children

Team Support
Responsibilities - Take attendance, assist teachers by getting supplies and creating order with kids

Check-In
Responsibility - Assist parents with getting name tags, welcome visitors and register their kids, communicate policies to new parents

Children’s Ministry Volunteer
Responsibilities - Welcome kids into the class, look for visitors or those who might be apprehensive and make them feel comfortable, handle “kid-control”, maintain order, etc…; Participate in activities – praise and worship, games and small group; Help keep kids in room at check-out.
Personality Traits - Patient, Flexible, Fun-loving
Time Requirement - Weekly, Bi-weekly, Once-a-month
Children’s Ministry Small Group Leader
Responsibilities - Welcome kids to class, be in prayer for the kids during the week; Facilitate a prepared 20 minute small group lesson (questions and an activity) to either 1-2 grade kids or 3-5 grade kids.
Personality Traits - Assertive, Team Player, Creative, Patient, Flexible
Time Requirement - Bi-weekly both services, monthly both services or weekly at one service (the early or later)
Motions Team
Responsibilities - Lead a large group of children in motions to the songs the kids sing. All motions are on the large screens and you must be familiar enough that the kids can watch you and the screen.
Personality Traits - Energetic, have ability to engage children, leader
Time Requirement - Weekly or Bi-Weekly for the (First 20 minutes of the service)
Check-In
Responsibilities - Assist parent with getting kids into class, registers it on the check-in sheet, welcome visitors, communicate policies for check-out and emergencies.
Personality Traits - Calm, Friendly, Outgoing, Organized
Time Requirement - Weekly or Bi-Weekly at the beginning of both services.

Jr. High Volunteers
Responsibilities - Help provide a welcoming atmosphere for the kids coming in. Help them connect with others, assist small and large group leaders
Personality Traits - Courageous, Outgoing, Patient, Friendly, Reliable
Time Requirements - Weekly or bi-weekly first or second service, weekly or bi-weekly Thursday night
Small Group Leader (women are in greater need at present)
Responsibilities - Create relationships with kids through playing games, activities, and small group discussion time. Lead kids in discussion of the sermon by asking prepared questions (given to you by Pastor Tim) Praying with the kids and guiding their spiritual needs with Godly answers that line up with our Church’s Vision.
Personality Traits - Friendly, Nurturing, Patient, Confident, Mentoring, Consistent
Time Requirements - Weekly or bi-weekly first or second service, weekly or bi-weekly Thursday night
Security
Responsibilities - Walk facilities throughout evening. Control kids from leaving the premises. Make sure nobody is in un designated areas. No guys and girls alone anywhere. No leaders with kids by themselves.
Personality Traits - Responsible, Vigilant, Observant, Self-Confident
Time Requirements - Weekly or bi-weekly Thursday pm

For Jr High on Thursdays you must be at the facility by 6:30 pm when the doors open.

A/V and Sound
Responsibilities - Basic Powerpoint, computer knowledge, reliable, detailed, eager to follow directions, pay close attention during service,
ITunes and soundboard knowledge helpful, patient.

Time Requirement - Twice a month
Set-up/tear-down
Required to show up at 5:45 for set-up and stay until tear-down is complete after service. serve twice a month.
Able-bodied people with a willing attitude for setting up whatever is needed before service and tearing down after service.

Greeters
Greet at entrance to church or Reel Kids room, assist at the welcome table with sign in, etc.
Hospitality
Can do any one or all of the following:

Arrange for food/beverages for the meeting and set up on table
•
Clean café after meeting
• Set up the room (tablecloths, décor, etc.) the day of the meeting
•
Tear down the room set up after the meeting- fold tablecloths, remove décor and store in proper place.
Special Events
Assist with the various details of special event planning. This may include things like hospitality for bus trip, decorate for Christmas party, etc.
Audio/Visual Tech
If you are good at computers and would like training in this area, we could use your help with turning the sound equipment on, playing music before/after meetings, running DVDs, etc.
Childcare workers
We are in need of approved workers for childcare during both evening and daytime meetings. Please complete a ministry application if you are interested and bring it in a sealed envelope to the Information Table.

This ministry allows you serve only 360 minutes a year. It's flexible and it's your time.
Administrative Assistant
Assisting the leaders of the Frontline Ministry in performing all phases of office functions.
Baptism
Be part of a team that will assist and organize the ceremony of people being baptized.
Café
Serving in the Café will bless others with coffee, cookies, and fellowship. Organize and
distribute all refreshments.
Communion
Be part of a team that will setup and organize communion on Sunday.
Cookies
Be part of a team that bakes cookies for the café.
Food line
Responsible for ordering food, refreshments, and place settings for Frontline meetings. Organizing
food area and clean up.
Friendly Wheels
Assisting and meeting the needs of the physically challenged or elderly.
G.P.S.
Getting people started) Assisting newcomers with directions inside the church.
Greeter
Welcoming people at entrances of the church with a smile and a handshake.
Information Center
This will require organizing information as well as having knowledge of all church events,
organizations, sign-ups, and answer any questions or inquiries a guest may have.
Pastoral Assistant
Assisting to the needs of the Pastor.
Prayer line
A person will receive prayer requests and praise reports from servers from within the Frontline
Ministries and sends them via e-mail.
Special Guest
Set up food and refreshment tray and bring to designated room for special guest.
Traffic
Attend to the flow and direction of traffic entering the parking area and directing them to open spaces.
Usher
A person who will assist people with seating, collect tithes and offerings, and control the atmosphere of the sanctuary.
