The book of James has been called the “Proverbs of the New Testament.” It’s written by James, Jesus’ own brother, who started out as a skeptic, yet as he spent time with Jesus, he changed into how we know him now, the beloved disciple. We’ll see how the same principle works for us too!  Together, we’ll look closely at joy, faith, wisdom, single-mindedness, the power of our words, humility, and prayer.

No prior Bible study experience is necessary.

Real Women - Real Moms is a brand new group for moms who are asking the same questions and looking for the same connections you are for both themselves and their children. Join us on Tuesday Mornings for fellowship, support and an opportunity to dig into God’s word together. We will use the book “Am I Messing up My Kids” by Lysa TerKeurst as our guide.

Hebrews The Book of Hebrews

 

The Book of Hebrews has been called the fifth Gospel.

The first four Gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, describe what Jesus did while He was on earth.  This fifth Gospel, Hebrews, shows what Jesus Christ is doing right now, in Heaven.

 

The book of Hebrews contains a treasury of sound doctrine, encouragement and instruction in our Christian walk. It shows us the wealth of the Old Testament teachings and its leaders with the ultimate completeness of the work of Jesus Christ. It gives us the most magnificent portrait of our Lord Jesus. Join us for an in-depth study of the book of Hebrews.

Real Women's Severe Weather Policy

In the event of severe weather, all Real Women scheduled classes and events follow the decision of Rockford Public Schools for cancellation. When possible, notice of these cancellations will be posted on WOOD TV 8 and 91.3 WCSG - Radio.
