2 Timothy 2:2 - And the things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, these entrust to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also. Internships provide the ministry staff with the opportunity to reproduce themselves in the lives of interns who, in return, do the same for others. Christ's methodology was to spend intensive time with a small group of men showing them how to do the work, doing the work with them, coaching them as they did the work, and finally turning the work of ministry over to them.
our internship program is- A formal arrangement between RLC and an individual, focused on supervised, practical training for church ministry.
- An emphasis on intentional, guided, in-service training for ministry.
- A ministry relationship with a definite end date.
- Children's Ministry
- Youth Ministry (Jr. and Sr. High)
- Music Ministry
